As part of Romemu’s ongoing commitment to bring community to all our online spaces, we  live-stream this Zoom meeting directly onto Facebook.  In joining our Zoom space, you may occasionally be broadcast onto the Facebook live-stream.

If you do not want to appear onscreen on Facebook, we suggest you turn off your camera.

If you choose to turn your camera off, we invite you to update your profile photo with an image that can stand in your place–whether this is a photo of yourself or a beautiful piece of art or photo of a special place–that will contribute to the kavanah (intention) of making Morning Minyan a welcoming and gentle space.

You are invited to meditate live with a group every weekday on Zoom!

Meditation Mondays – Fridays at 8:35 AM.

These sessions are led by Jessica Litwak, a Romemu community leader, in a way that is accessible for those who are new or need a refresher. Eeach gathering will be an opportunity for the community to sit together as well as learn key skills for keeping a daily practice.

Daily Meditations are free and available to all.
